Inspection Sample Report

We provide a 20-35 page type written fully narrative report similar to the sample report on this site. It includes pictures and those items that require attention are highlighted in red.

Our report has been fine tuned for the last 10 years. Most home inspectors now tout that they do a computer generated report complete with pictures and they do, but often they are very crude and unprofessional. Most companies have just gone to computer reports within the last year or 2 and they still are struggling to find a format that works for them.

The report is delivered via email within 24 hours of the inspection. This inspection typically takes between two and a half to three and a half hours on-site and another one to 2 hours to write the report back at the office.

For those crunched for time, we can often write the majority if not all of the report on site and email it within a few hours.
