Dane Hanscom is a licensed home inspector in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. He holds a license as a radon measurement technician via NRSB and is a IAC2 Certified Consultant for Radon/Mold. He is a certified water sampler for the State of Maryland. He is the environmental director for Peak Environmental. He also manages all of ProTec Inspection Services sewer scope field technicians and equipment.
