 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A home inspection is an expensive undertaking but may be justified if done properly by an experienced inspector. Unfortunately, Pro-Tec employs inexperienced, incompetent newly minted inspectors that are clueless when it comes to professional home inspection. Our home was inspected by two incompetent inspectors (are two incompetent equals  one competent?) who did not know how to identify a sump pump, verify that a basement is dry, and arrive at conclusions that are not based on facts and  their own data. Messages to the Company's owner were  not returned presumably because he recognized the mistakes and sloppy work of his employees. Caveat Emptor!!
